Privacy Policy
We understand that you are concerned about privacy, and we have instituted policies intended to ensure that your personal information is handled securely and responsibly. This Privacy Policy describes what types of information we collect, how it is handled, and with whom it may be shared.
Our websites are operated from the United States and are not intended for users in other locations. Users accessing our websites from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
What information do we collect?
- Non-Personal Information
Like many other website operators, we monitor the use of our websites by collecting “non-personal information,” which is information that, by itself, cannot be used to identify or contact you, such as demographic information (like your zip code) or technical information (like your IP address and the type of browser you are using).
We may collect non-personal information through cookies and other similar methods. Cookies are small files that a website or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser. It holds information a site may need to interact with you and personalize your experience. We use two types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies.
Session cookies exist only for as long as you stay on our websites or your browser remains open. Once you exit your browser or leave our websites, they go away. We use session cookies to maintain information we need to have in order for you to navigate our websites. For example, the Session ID cookie that we ask your browser to hold remembers your responses to each question of our Enneagram Assessment, so that we can tabulate your answers and tell you your results at the end of the Assessment.
Persistent cookies last from visit to visit. They are stored in your browser’s cache or device until you choose to delete them. We may use persistent cookies to give you a more personalized shopping experience and to help you navigate our websites more efficiently.
The majority of web browsers accept cookies and similar files, but you can usually change the browser settings to prevent this. Visit your browser or device’s help section to determine whether these settings are available. Please note that we may not recognize or respond to browser or device signals around tracking, and some browser or device settings may interfere with your use of features on our websites. Please also visit www.allaboutcookies.org for more information about cookies and how to disable them.

If you choose not to give us personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the services you request.

Third parties that have content embedded on our websites (such as buttons, widgets, and other embedded features or content) may set cookies on a user’s browser or obtain information about the fact that you visited our websites from a certain IP address. We will take all reasonable steps to make the requested changes. However, it is not technologically possible to change or delete each and every instance of the information we hold on you from our systems, and data may remain in non-erasable forms. We may retain data for a period in our backup systems. We may also retain some information for longer periods as required by law, contract, or auditing requirements.

Residents of the State of California have the right to request a list of all third parties to which we have disclosed certain information during the preceding year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. However, it is our policy to neither disclose personal information, nor to sell such information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

By using our websites, you hereby give us your express consent to use all information we collect from you in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This includes our release of such information to third parties as described above.
